Wedding Planning
You’re a little stressed and lost with the whole planning thing. Would you like some help from the beginning? Don’t worry this is very common and why the wedding planning package was designed. With the wedding planning package, I will be there with you from your first consultation to make sure that your wedding day is all you have envisioned.

The wedding planning package includes unlimited emails and phone calls, planning meetings and check-ins, vendor comparisons and management, vendor contract review and recommendations, budget planning and monitoring, custom wedding planning checklist, custom to-do list creation and monitoring, RSVP list monitoring, development of a wedding day schedule, creation of detailed wedding day timeline, circulation of all timelines to vendors and VIPs, gift collection and oversight, discreet final vendor payments, attendance and supervision of wedding rehearsal events, and execution of logistics on your wedding day.
Starting at $3,500
You’ve possibly already booked some or all your vendors and are looking forward to the planning process. But realistically know you will need some help with staying on track and managing the wedding day details. The partial planning and coordination package is ideal for you! The partial planning package is intended to help assist with and complete the planning process.
Partial Planning & Coordination

The partial planning and coordination package begins with a review of your budget and vendor details to make sure all your I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed. If any last minute or additional vendors need to be booked I will work with you to ensure they fit within your budget and spend to date. Once we have all your vendor details in order I will dive into the planning details with you!
Depending how far a long you are in the planning process and when you would like me to come on board, the partial planning process begins 3-6 months prior to your wedding. Of course, you will get access to any planning files and correspondence with me as a planner to help you in the process.
Depending on our initial consultation the package includes review of your budget and spend to date, review of vendor contracts for key items and planning considerations (and ensure no vendors have been missed), unlimited email and text correspondence, custom to do list and detailed plan to ensure all items are accounted for during the lead up to your wedding, planning meetings and check ins as necessary, vendor communication and correspondence, finalize and monitoring of vendor payment dates, and all the services included in the event coordination package to ensure you stay organized and stress free from the moment you decide to get Married with Matt.

Wedding Coordination
The event coordination package was designed for the couple who intends to plan the majority of the details for their wedding. But might need assistance bringing it all together or a logistics person to ensure the details and all the behind the scene items get executed to ensure your wedding day is as you imagined.

Depending on our initial consultation, the package is available beginning 1-3 months prior to your wedding. I will work with the information provided to create a schedule for the entire day to ensure that all details are in place. When the event coordination begins I will take over communicating with all vendors & VIPS, finalizing and ensuring all details are in place, creating a detailed day of timeline, and most importantly wedding day management, which includes circulation of timelines to vendors and VIPs, gift collection and oversight, discreet final vendor payments, attendance and supervision of wedding rehearsal events, and execution of all behind the scenes details and logistics on your wedding day.
Of course, as the package is intended to begin earlier in the planning process you will receive any planning documents, or support prior to the event coordination beginning.
